Allyzent Product and Infrastructure Work

Production-facing API, cloud, delivery, and compliance work for AI-driven healthcare infrastructure.

At Allyzent, my work crossed backend engineering, infrastructure, release engineering, and operational leadership. The common thread was making a growing production system easier to ship, easier to trust, and more scalable under real use.

Why it mattered

This is the strongest proof of my ability to work on real systems that matter: shipping faster, controlling cost, supporting scale, and improving reliability without losing sight of compliance and delivery pressure.

Role

Built APIs and microservices, redesigned cloud environments, created CI/CD systems, supported compliant messaging infrastructure, and helped coordinate delivery across teams.

Constraints

  • The environment involved healthcare-adjacent compliance expectations and production accountability.
  • Internal architecture and client-sensitive details cannot be shared publicly.
  • The work had to balance speed, reliability, cost, and cross-team coordination at the same time.

System approach

Delivery Infrastructure

Built 6+ CI/CD pipelines to move teams from manual release friction toward repeatable delivery with shorter feedback loops.

Service Layer

Designed REST APIs and microservices for AI agents and chatbot workflows with multi-tenant and real-time integration requirements.

Cloud and Compliance

Reworked AWS environments, configured compliant messaging flows, and built logging and audit patterns that improved visibility for stakeholders.

Outcomes

  • 60% faster release time through automated delivery pipelines.
  • 28% lower infrastructure cost through AWS redesign.
  • Support for 5,000+ monthly active users across production systems.
  • 100K+ users enabled for compliant outreach.
  • 22% faster feature delivery and 40% improvement in compliance-related transparency.

What it says about me

This work says I can handle real production responsibility. I like being close to systems that affect delivery quality, business outcomes, and operational trust all at once.
